Chaperone Vetting Protocols

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved supervision. Every adult acting as a chaperone must undergo our comprehensive verification process.

Background Verification

All chaperones must pass a standard criminal background check prior to the event date. Records are verified by the CISAITSS coordination team.

ID Verification

Chaperones must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in that matches their approved registration profile.

Approval Status Tracking

Our internal dashboard tracks chaperone clearance in real-time. Pending or flagged chaperones will not be granted supervisory access.

On-Site Event Security

Structured hangouts are restricted to registered attendees and approved chaperones only. We enforce strict capacity and venue rules.

Closed Environment

Events take place in private or reserved venue sections. General public access to the event area is restricted for the duration of the hangout.

Strict Capacity

Ticket sales are hard-capped to ensure safe supervisor-to-teen ratios. Walk-ins are explicitly prohibited to prevent overcrowding.

Mandatory Check-in

All attendees must check in at the door. Entry requires a valid ticket and a confirmed waiver on file. No waiver, no entry.

Compliance Standards

The CISAITSS event code of conduct is binding for all attendees. Violations of these standards may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  • No drugs, alcohol, or vaping permitted on premises.
  • Respect for venue staff, chaperones, and fellow attendees is mandatory.
  • Attendees must remain within the designated private event areas.
  • Any medical emergencies must be reported to a chaperone immediately.
